Shipping is done with DHL and can take 1-2 days from the time the package is dropped off, however, we usually deliver shipments with DHL Premium and express shipments with UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver cash on delivery abroad. We have currently excluded some EU countries from our delivery list because these countries have a too high VAT rate. We can gladly deliver this goods if you agree to pay the price difference (example: Hungary 27% VAT and we have in Germany only 19%).

Finally, you want the deposit amount back faster and we need the cores back faster. We use DHL Premium for parcels within Europe & UPS Express for express parcels. Please understand that the same sales price for every country in the EU is not doable due to VAT difference. For example, VAT is 27% in Hungary, but VAT in Germany is only 19%.
