Most items should be delivered the next working day. In some cases, delivery may take 2-3 days for remote locations. Please be aware of this and allow for a few extra days if the item has not arrived within the initial timeframe. You can then collect the item in person or rearrange delivery with them.

We ship our goods to almost all countries in the world. We currently do not offer a collection service. If you wish to return your order, you must inform us within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us. Goods must be in their original condition and contain the original packaging, if applicable. Please note that you cannot return items that have been installed or that you have attempted to install. The exception is if we have sent you the wrong item (in other words, if the item reference number mentioned in the list is different or does not match the reference number on the packaging).
